Default Question about Colonial Needle Company Roxanne Chalk Pencils

This is a question about ironing over top of the chalk marks

I've been making marks on the front of my quilt with white Roxanne Chalk Pencils, as I needed a white color on a dark background, to see my marks. However, I have needed to iron over the top of my chalk marks when adding strips (using marks on each side of the strip so it can be centered) and now I'm worried that the chalk marks won't come out in the wash. I've done some research and there is no wax in these chalk pencils, so they shouldn't leave a mark. Some places say don't iron over them, other places say only pencils with wax in them shouldn't be ironed over top of.

Does anyone have any experience with the Roxanne Chalk Pencils? Does ironing over them do anything to keep it from washing off in the wash?
