This customer service left me confused.
I broke my Quilter's Select 45mm rotary cutter. There is a replacement part I could buy to fix it on the website but only for the 60mm and 28 mm size. I called customer service and was told yes we have that for the size rotary cutter replacement part you need. (the most used size and not on the website?) The rep said let me take your info and I'll send it over to the ordering dept. They should get back to you in about a week or so to order. ?????
