first, that the cutter broke.
second, they listed the part for two other sizes but not the one you need - even though they do carry it.
third, that she didn't transfer you immediately to somebody who could help you order it.
fourth ... maybe ... that they don't provide the repair parts for free.
(holy smoke!!!!! I just googled it. at that price it should cut everything for you AND fix dinner. [gasp!!!])
i guess it makes sense to fix it, but i can't blame you for being confused.
