I have had it since it was at a Paducah quilt show years ago. It was at a quilt show special price. It came in a package with cutter, QS long ruler, good size cutting mat, package of batting, spools of thread, embroidery cds, and some other things for $99. It it my favorite cutter. It's all metal. I dropped it on my hard tile floor and the metal circle guard snapped a wedge out of it. The more puzzling thing is I can't find the piece or pieces of the broken guard anywhere. I have looked the floor over thinking I could glue the piece together. The spar parts package is about $7 so that's a good price considering. Shipping will probably be more.
I won't buy a new one because the price is too much for what it is. I have many other brands that cut okay. Just not my favorite go to one.
