Maybe in a week or so they'll have the order ready to go and will just be looking for payment and shipping information. It's tough to lose a favourite rotary cutter. My Fiskars that I'd had for year and years finally died when the spring no longer sprung and could not be fixed. Not nearly so expensive as yours but I mourned the loss of it. Fiskars no longer makes the same cutter and no other company has picked up the idea. It sounds like in spite of the up-front cost, you have a real gem worth fixing.
