Fig recipes please
When we moved here, we brought up a fig tree that we had planted in a big pot and kept out on a hot, sunny patio. We planted it here in a sunny spot along a fence line. That tree must be 35 years old now and still thriving. We were so surprised that it would grow in this climate, so we planted a couple more fig trees...ok, 5 more fig trees. We are now getting huge crops of beautiful figs! So, what to do with all of these figs? I've been drying them and I've made some jam with them, but I need some more good fig recipes. Ideas please.
