Cheese, going to retreat last weekend sure helped to get both the Boom blocks and my 2.5 Birthday Swap blocks finished. I also planned the layout for one set of our Boom blocks. Now I am digging through my basket of UFOs to find one to finish for this month. No worries, I have plenty. Like some of you I would much rather piece than quilt, so the UFO basket fills up in the blink of an eye.
Keep walking with your knee in mind, Janice. Using the airport is such a clever walking path!
Like the idea of "Cruisin' the Coast", Cheese. Again creative thinking on someone's part. I would sit outside for that. And a new mattress. I recall when I got my new "way to expensive" custom made mattress and shivered at the final $$$. I can look back now and it was worth every penny. I have an off size antique ash and burl bed that was from my Grandmother's home. I know she never slept it, because it would have been too small. She was nearly 6 feet tall. I got the small genes, so the beauty fits me just fine and the mattress is a gem. Rest easy and in style.
Hoping your doc visit went well SBG. You are entitled to a few weeks without any medical concerns, appointments or wonderments.
Keep creating everyone, I bet others are close to finishing too.
