Today I am cooking the Corned Pork, could have let it sit another day or two but I'm home today anyway so might as well get it done.
I'm home because I'm expecting a delivery today -- a Turducken in honor of the hubby's Bday (Nov 4). We have never done this before and maybe it is a one and done, maybe it will become tradition.
