In my research for fig recipes, I have come across various uses for fig leaves. Apparently, they taste really good after they are cooked. I first came across their use in making Fig Leaf Ice Cream. I've also seen them used in wrapping meat and veggies up, like cabbage rolls, dolmas and such. They make a nice tea and can even be used fresh in salads. Since I have 5 big trees, I'm going to experiment with them. Why not?
