Sewbiz- when I got my Juki 2010 I couldn't thread it for the life of me. Then I discovered if you have the presser foot in the down position you can easily see the little black hook thing that you have to go through. I haven't had a problem with threading ever since. It's really easy! I had given up trying to use it and then it clicked. I think it was a Youtube video although I seemed to watch a million of them before my success. Remember- presser foot down.
