I bought a tofu presser on Ebay a couple of months ago. It wasn't expensive and it's made cheaply, but it does the job. I like getting some of the water out of tofu. It makes it denser, "meatier." The press is easy to use and clean. Sure beats balancing a plate and bowl of water on top of the tofu, which is how I used to press it.
