Oooo... another idea for a fabric pull -- Monochrome! That would be (another) version of black as a background, gray for the purple, white for the pink, and black and white for the ice blue. I think it could really work, even using various prints it would tone down the confusion that can erupt.

I had very little gray for Grassy Creek and used up every bit I had plus begged fabric from my sewing ladies. Since then I have built up a pretty good selection. I could do this fully out of stash.

Speaking of which, the fabric I ordered should come today. I'm trying to teach myself a lesson about buying fabric that I make myself prewash it all when it comes in the door... I hate ironing and it makes me aware of the amount of my acquisitions. Not that this will be bad, 1 yard pieces for the most part. It might slow me down but it won't stop me

Expect a lot of pictures from me next week when my current project is done and I'm finalizing my color selections. I really like the idea of the complementary white background Bonnie quilts. But this monochrome idea is really interesting me.
