It's a quilt of many "squares".
Once you know the finished size of the smaller squares, then work from there.
Four small squares go together to give you a block unit.
You're just making two block units ... in multiples!
Agree with the others ... skip the 1/8" measurements and make accordingly.
If you're hesitant on the precision for all the points,
... you could make this into a paper piecing pattern.
