@RedGarnet222 yes, shingles is the re-emergence of the chicken pox virus that lives in us forever after we have an initial exposure. While it’s more typical to get shingles when you are older (I think the US vaccine guidance is 50+) a weakened immune system or stress can trigger it younger as well. I had a friend in college aged 20 who had a horrific shingles attack after a traumatic event. Her rash traced 3 nerve paths around her trunk (back, side and front, 3 big stripes). It was awful. Traumatic thing happened,
