I didn't quite make my goal for yesterday which was to finish the pink/neutral geese. I do have about half complete (except for trimming) and then I have the remainders ready to go with the appropriate number of small triangles.

I want to get those done today, plus cut the purple. The neutrals are already cut for today (while I was cutting the small triangles). That will leave me Monday to sew the purple units and Tuesday comes for sewing group/trimming day. Wednesday the solar people come to install our panels, and Thursday I leave on my trip!

I debated all day yesterday about linking this video. I have decided to do so with this trigger warning: it is a strong message on breast cancer prevention/screening. Turned out after Celine Dion, the next artist up were the Divinyls. Mostly unknown in the States except as a one hit wonder, Chrissy Amphlett was an amazing talent who died far too young from breast cancer.

This Anthem version of I Touch Myself was made to support breast cancer awareness. The singers are survivors and sisters and others impacted by breast cancer. I find seeing Olivia Newton John in there looking healthy and happy during her many years of remission to be quite poignant... The song does not start automatically, you can decide if you want to go further.
