I know sometimes it takes a bit for my pictures to be attached after I have clicked on upload and seems like if I close that window, it won't attach, but I always wait until I get a window like this:


I am able to use the paper clip icon after I have clicked on "Go Advanced" button or click on the red "Reply" button.
