If one does not love or respect oneself - what chance does the neighbor have?
I think many older women have been taught that loving oneself is a bad thing.
i am not talking about " sellfishness " - but too much selflessness can be, imo, self- destructive.

Add this one for many women .... for too many of us,
the concept that there is no I in TEAM has gone too deep.
Instead we need to remember that ...
"You need to take care of yourself first .... otherwise you can't take care of others!"
