Our guild had a workshop on making the Take 5 Quilt pattern. Choose 5 fabrics and make a quilt in 5 hours.
I accomplished my goal and then decided to quilt it with quilting designs from a book I had on dot to dot quilting. ( I don't know the name of the book any longer.) I loved how the quilt turned out. I wanted to save it for someone special one day but because it has a bee print as part of the blocks, it limits me to who would want a quilt with bees? I was new to quilting when I chose the fabrics. One day it will find a home. It has good memories for me as I had fun making and quilting it.

I keep a lot of my quilt (most actually). I'm not that prolific a quilter and if I like it, it stays. I made a quilt for my cousin's son last Christmas. I loved that quilt and might have to make one for myself. I like my quilts and I keep what I want.
