In 2017 I made a quilt that is either first or second on my best ever list...it is folded up the quilt cabinet...doing nothing, giving enjoyment to no one but myself. Used the Sweetly Scalloped pattern by Carried Away in tones of pinks, purples, greens and white. Measures 60"x71" and is so perfect for a little girl It had been professionally quilted and I had stitched the binding to the back of it. I've decided that I want it to be appreciated by a sweet child and so I'm going to donate it this week to Project Linus. I've taken off the label that said I made it and the date and have replaced it with one of the "You are Loved" labels that are put on the back of my donation quilts. Maybe it will be a Christmas Present to a deserving child.
