Yesterday turned out to be busier than I expected and I wasn't able to do as much sewing as I wanted.
I did get my "Blue" cut. That might be the last of them in the project. I guess it's because of using the squares to make the triangles but I cut a lot more fabric than I expected. Some of my pieces I thought were pretty reasonably large small sized (some of you get that!) but turned out to be barely enough for one set of units. I had enough different fabrics that once I used up the smallest pieces, I only needed two from each of the remaining fabrics. In addition to the fabric from Barb, I also added in a couple more pieces that weren't used in the previous step. LOL and I'm still trying to get the correct pronunciation of Kaffe Fassett in my head and get all the wrong ones out... one of these days maybe I'll get it right
Again, part of my goals for the Bonnie Project each year is to use up some small bits -- I did quite a lot of that this step.
I think I have a pretty good idea but I am so looking forward to the reveal! I've made some extra pieces all along to make this a larger project. I think I made a good guess on my count... either pretty much right on or maybe 1 set not enough.
