I'll have to look for all of those. I have The Sopranos cookbook--from the series and it is an excellent Italian American cookbook with background on each recipe of course. Another good series of cookbooks is by Edna Staebler--Food that Really Schmecks. Her Mennonite (Amish) recipes are interspersed with stories. And she lived very near to us.
