I ordered 8 items, and never got them although they took my money. I've written, emailed, did everything I could think of and was told to go look in my mailbox. We live in a very rural area with no one within a half mile. The package would have been large enough to bring to our front door because it wouldn't fit in the mailbox. Then I saw on the news where foreign companies are using well known american companies and are scamming customers...advertising goods, taking money and never mailing items to us.
Hope you don't fall into this as i did.
Fortunately it's nothing like that. When you order they put a "hold" on the payment method/CC, but never actually charged it. The hold even expired, which I also explained to them. So at least I'm not out anything, but I also don't have a bunch of dies. Never tried so hard to give money to a business so hard LOL.
