Quossom -- love those rich colors! Looking forward to seeing them put together.

Sync -- sorry to hear about your machine problems. I am still getting to know my new Juki and I went through a stage about a month ago where things were pretty rough, thread breaking all the time. My stitches were still good but it was also slipping out of the guide down by the needle. I replaced needles, I did various things and then I just pulled out my manual (again!) and re-threaded from the beginning. The thread wasn't in the tension disks correctly (you have to have the foot either up or down while threading). This last week or so has been lovely with no issues and no thread breaking.

I made a little progress on the Alternate blocks yesterday. Today I hope to do some more but it is once again bowling date day with the hubby.

On Tuesday instead of going to sewing, I should be at home and my solar panel installation should finally be finished. Had some issues with a sketchy contractor, short form is they began installation without my actual panels in stock... but with tariffs and things there are problems now getting the panels. They tell me they have figured it out but I've been scheduled with a no-show before (more than once).
