WOW is all I can say about the tiny weaving studio. So talented!
The funeral was so nice... if you can say that about a funeral. Our former pastor lived an amazing 90 years, then the other night had a stroke and died. He was blessed not to have a lengthy recovery, he just went on! We really enjoyed visiting with his wife and the church, who treated us like family. But yes, we have been to too many funerals lately. I guess that's part of us getting older.
We are waiting to see how bad that arctic blast will be, here. I'm hoping not as bad as predicted. We are also getting our generator ready for use, if necessary. With all the dead trees we still have standing, I hope this weather doesn't topple them all over. It's probably going to be a mess for a while, afterwards. At least we have plenty of firewood! And a good, working fireplace. Hoping it's not too bad for all of you...
