Thank you! I am going to follow up with neighbor (again), HOA and city and see what can be done. There are four dead trees on their lot that are losing bark and limbs. I have pictures. Time to move them up the chain of command to see if I have any rights to protect my property from those dead trees. The entire neighborhood has gone through the drought but most everyone has taken care of their trees, including the HOA right-of-way.
