Enabler Ice here -- we each get to make the Moratorium what we want, as strict, or as measured, or whatever.
But as a whole we've always recognized that sometimes in order to use up things we need things, and those things are perfectly fine and dandy.
For me it's the extra things that jump in that I have to watch for. The retail therapy aspect. The plain simple desire to possess lovely things...
It's a constant struggle!
