It looks very similar to the Big Block pattern by The Quilted Twins. In their version, the "L" is pieced from scraps but you could probably cut single fabrics to width and length.
Big Block pattern The quilt you're searching for has all the blocks going the same direction while the Big Block pattern has them set in different directions giving it a "tossed" look.
