Oh my gosh, yes. Cincinnatians are crazy about it. We have a pint of Graeter's Skyline ice cream in the freezer right now. It's OK but I really don't like oyster cracker bits in my ice cream. Actually, the ice cream just tastes like cinnamon ice cream with cracker bits. Braxton Brewery also put out a Skyline Ale either last fall or the year before. I'm not a beer drinker so I can't vouch for that, but my son liked it. Haven't seen your recipe but just know you've got to have cinnamon and chocolate and a bunch of other spices for it to be authentic.
