I usually don't like leftovers either! There are exceptions though. My hubby just made a huge pan of gumpkis (cabbage rolls) and I could eat those things every day. He says I'm like my Dad and I am. I usually don't want leftovers.
He loves to make soups in the winter but he makes enough to feed our whole city haha!! He can't seem to remember that our boys don't eat with us every night anymore. He almost always cooks enough for an army and I mean on a daily basis.
