I'm hoping to head into town tomorrow for Day Guild meeting and grocery shopping (hoping the weather cooperates!) So tonight is clean out the fridge aka Stir Fry. I have been experimenting with making my own sauce using the 4 S's--salty, spicy, sweet, sour. Soy sauce, hot red pepper jelly (counts as spicy and sweet) plus rice wine vinegar. Add some chicken stock and a bit of corn starch for thickener. Every attempt is a new adventure!
