I use ground chuck and beef rice-a-roni to make a one-dish casserole. Two pounds of ground beef chuck (fixed in crumbles) and one family container of beef rice-a-roni. Get the ground chuck ready and drain it. Follow the directions to prepare Rice-A-Roni. Add two drained cans of whole kernel corn, one and a half cups of BBQ sauce (I use honey BBQ), and beef chuck. When ready to serve, either put it in a 9 x 12 baking pan and bake it in the oven or boil it for approximately 10 minutes. Next, top with shredded cheddar cheese, cover, and wait for the cheese to melt. It tastes well with a salad, according to my family.
