Frozen Wild Alaskan Salmon has been on sale at our store lately, so I picked some up. I think that you can use frozen salmon and personally, I'm not to worried about it being "sushi grade." In this recipe, it's sliced very thin, so it looks like a lot of expensive fish on the plate, but in reality, it's not much. It's also easy and quick to make and will keep in the fridge until you serve.
