Did you get the machine to stay up? It normally has a 3 inch tableft top piece that flips up when the machine is raised then down to hold the machine up.
I know this is an older thread... just revisiting as we've moved since I started this and have since retired. Now I have time to focus on it. I have not gotten the machine upright yet, plan on working on that now. Thanks for the info regarding the 3" piece. I'll look into that.
