I have enough on hand so I suggested she talk to the family living next to her as they have 4 kids. Later she told me they turned her down because they said they never make potatoes ! With kids in the house, I find that unusual.
Not very thrifty either. So sad, I love potatoes.
I just cut up my last two potatoes and let them dry out and sprout. They'll go into the ground next week and we'll have free potatoes in a couple of months.
