Where is the year going? Can’t believe it is halfway through March and it’s not finished a single solitary project. I’ve been working on what should be a super simple quick quilt for my Dad but my father-in-law was in a serious accident in November that really disrupted our lives, and then I had to pack away my sewing room so he could temporarily stay with us, then my DH’s grandmother died. Other life events happened with my grown children and I’ve just been in a funk and not sewing much. I want to get back on the quilting horse but somehow haven’t. The next two weeks are super busy, too, and it looks like I won’t get much done until April.
On the bright side, I only brought in one fat quarter of Star Wars fabric, which I plan to use when I make my nephews quilts. And it was fabric my son found in a storage shed while helping a friend clean it out and was literally going to be thrown away, so I don’t feel bad about it.
