I like the idea of using the Quilters Dream request on top of their QD wool. Years ago it was much whiter. They deny that they changed anything and said the all wool is different in color. I don’t believe that excuse. I do know that I once noticed the QD wool batting ina store that was store near fluorescent lights on a top shelf was very yellow.
I am hand quilting an Ocean’s Wave lap quilt and I used wool and am not happy with the white. Very noticeable to me. I am stitching in the ditch and when I am done, I’m thinking about going back and quilting thin lines in the white areas. Hopefully that will help. I will try the QD Request on the next non-hand quilting quilt. Thanks for the suggestion.
