On another note I was unexpectedly gifted with 100 fat quarters. This is good news and bad news. The fabric is beautiful, high quality quilting fabric in beautiful colors. I was trying to reduce my stash. I’m in the process of washing it all now. It’s going to take two loads of wash. IT was fun to look at all the fabric. The salmon fish ones might go into the Alaska quilt I’m making. It was fun going through all that fabric but I’m at the stage that I don’t know if I’ll be able to use all my fabric before I die.
It’s lovely to get the gift of fabric for our hobby, but I’m with you on having too much. I’ll never be able to use all of my stash. I also have a problem with getting rid of scraps.

That donation thrilled me more than any others that I have received. Most donations end up being placed in donation quilts for Project Linus.
The photo has bleached out the colors. The outside border is green not blue. Time to try a photo outside in natural light I guess.
Beautiful quilt, stunning.
i’m putting my package in the mail today. Happy traveling.
