Oh gosh...there's so many things you can do with dandelion leaves. They are great in salads and good for making beverages and wine too. Here's Martha's take:

Just be sure of two things...they haven't been sprayed and that they are true dandelion plants. We have some that come up all over at our place, but they are not true dandelions. I'm not sure if they are edible, so I leave them alone. Pick some, or take photos and Google it to make sure.
