I have successfully resisted the temptation to buy duck fabric. I wasted to add a little something to t h e quilt back for my friend who raises lavender muscovy ducks. I almost bought some muscovy fabric on Spoonflower, but then I found a quilt pattern quth a duck block and only a couple triangles. I figured it would be good practice so I sized it up again and played. I got 3 passable duck blocks and learned a lot about block measurements and scaling. I'm just going to incluede 3 off center in an area with less seams. Im going to fix them up to all be the same width, but I think them being not white in a row will work out well. . . because ducks
