I just found
this YT video by Penny at SewCharmingQuilts.com showing how to assemble the quilt blocks.
The blocks look like they finish at about 10.5" and the narrow strips inside the squares seem to be about 1.5", finished at 1".
I agree with GingerK, there's a lot of seams to press.
