I just received some exciting news from my ABLE instructor. I have been preparing for college for almost a year now. I have attended adult education classes to improve my writing and math skills. My instructor asked me to send an essay that I had written for submission to the Ohio Writers Conference.
She emailed me tonight to let me know my essay had been accepted! I am thrilled!! This means in May my instructor and I will be going to Columbus, Oh for the conference. Plenty of treats that day and my essay will be published. I start college in 3 weeks, and by the way I'm 53 yrs.
