I hate soggy meatloaf and came up with this solution.

Make your meatloaf early in the day by whatever recipe you like. Allow it to cool pretty well and then slice it. When it is time to serve, pop the slice meatloaf under the broiler for a couple of minutes on each side to crisp up a bit.

My family likes it much better that way.
