If you make your favorite meatloaf and cook it in your crock pot you will be surprised. Use a crock pot cooking bag put your meatloaf on high for one hour and then turn down to low for two hours it is perfect. It's moist but in a good way. I like a dryer denser meatloaf most of the time but this is very good and so easy to clean.

I make homemade green tomato relish and add that to meatloaf instead of tomatoe sauce it gives it a nice little bite and lots of flavor. Two of my friends love the relish and use it in their meatloaves and told me to try it. It was very good. You can add a little tomato paste, sauce, soup, chili sauce, or ketchup to the top too.

Try cooking it in the crock pot see what you think.
