Great books, I read all the Eugenia Price books, if fact my girlfriend and I went to St Simons Island after we read her last book, went to the cementry she talked about in the book, can't remember the name, and actually saw some of the head stones with the names in the book, went to the fish camp. I agree with visiting a place after you read a book about it...seems to bring it to life and if its really good you can almost live in the book for a while! I did that with Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil...takes place in Savannah, and is based on a true story. It was also made into a movie starring Kevin Spacey and John Cusack, directed by Clint Eastwood.
I read the " Outlander " series by Diana Gabaldon. I went to Scotland a few years ago, where the story takes place.It felt so real. I also read Garden of Good and Evil,then went to Savannah, which was so beatiful.
