Me too! Could you post the recipe? Or let me know what to add to basic recipe. I usually only make a plain New York cheesecake and add a raspberry sauce or toppings for a turtle cheesecake. I have made chocolate cheesecake,by melting Ghirardeli 60% chocolate chips and adding to the mixture. Never tried baking in a water bath.
