We have a man in our quilt chapter and he wanted to make his brother a quilted photo so he found an origami shirt that he folded and appliqued onto a rectangle which he quilted, framed and sent for his brother to hang on the wall. Since then I've learned that this pattern is also done on quilts of all sizes. Sorry I don't have it but gather he did an online search and found it. Have fun.
