Because of the copyright, you can't post the directions. However, in what magazine and issue did you find them?? This is a wonderful solution! (I tried something similar using the heavy plastic used for tablecloths; talk about impossible! My machine, even with a walking foot, couldn't handle it.)
EVERYONE WANTS TO KNOW, what is pet screen and where did you find it??!! Even without the directions, if we have the right materials, we can probably figure out how to do it from your picture.
