I love sewing bags and that's one of the really nice ones. I don't like sewing all the diamonds either.
I started at 1 inch apart, then went to 1.5 inch apart and now quilt them 2 inches apart.
Still takes a long time.
But, really, that prequilted, prelined stuff is expensive and you don't have much variety to choose from.
