does it need to be 'good enough for family', or ' company'? For family, I'd start with apiece of fabric large enough to cover the area; wrong side out, pin to shape, tucking /folding where needed. take it off your mannequin, sew, turn right side out... for company, I'd go rent something for the time you need them, & store those .
