Oh, that's adorable! Nice job!!
I wouldn't consider blanket stitch a fancy stitch, but did use it to quilt and outline the package/bow at the same time. Used bright colored variegated thread and walking foot.
The Happy Birthday card is not quilted down, only tacked in place so it has a little dimension to it.
